We can help make one of the most important days of your life even more meaningful. As Unity beholds the innate perfection in all people, we honor the divinity in you. Thus you need not be a member of Unity to have the wedding of your dreams in our beautiful church ~ or at the location of your choice.
Our Sanctuary and charming Barn are available for interfaith weddings, holy unions, commitment services and recommitment vows.
Our main sanctuary can accommodate up to 350 guests. It features a long center aisle for the bridal party's entrance, as well as side aisles for guest seating.
Our large platform stage allows the guests and photographers a great view of your special day.
We provide separate spaces as dressing rooms for the bride and groom, including our elegant sky lit Ladies Room, where there is a full-length mirror and accommodations for full length garments and formal apparel.
Our entrance into the sanctuary, and all adjoining spaces, including a
reception hall, are all on one level. There are no stairs at First Church Unity,
other than three steps leading up to the main platform stage within the
Sanctuary. Our facilities are ADA compliant.

Receptions
We are pleased to be able to offer the use of our Fellowship Hall for receptions. The Hall is immediately adjacent to our Sanctuary, and has a beautiful back patio. The Hall seats 140, but can accommodate up to 250 guests with appetizers & drink tables dispersed throughout.
We have a kitchen contiguous to the Hall that can easily handle your needs for a fully catered event.
It is accessible by a side door entrance at the rear of the church. Our rentals are non-alcoholic events only. Please visit our preferred vendors page for additional support with your wedding.
Small Chapel -The Barn
Located toward the back of the church grounds, can be used for a more intimate and less formal feeling and accommodates 40 guests easily. With beautifully upholstered chairs and a charming domestic ambiance, all will remember your special day fondly. This facility is also equipped with a kitchen for your reception as well.
The Grounds Our ten acres of church grounds have many picturesque spots to take exceptional photographs. Our grounds are lush April through October and feature several beautiful settings for photography. They are available as locations for photo shoots before your wedding day as well.
Who may use our facilities? As Unity theology beholds the innate perfection in all people, we are proud to be able to offer you either our larger Sanctuary or our Barn for interfaith weddings, holy unions, commitment services and recommitment vows.
You do not need to be a member of First Church Unity to take advantage of our gracious facilities.
Who officiates? Our minister is pleased to officiate at your service, or you may invite your own minister to perform the ceremony. Our minister can perform wedding services outside of our church, but there is an additional fee for travel time. Please contact our Wedding Coordinator for more information about their services and availability.
Convenience
Unity Nashville is a Nashville address, but is "Brentwood adjacent." We are easy to find. Franklin Road is parallel to I-65. We are midway between Harding Place, Exit 78, to the north and Old Hickory Boulevard, Exit 74, to the south.
There is ample parking for over 150 cars in our lot.
